The best way to gather news about Cornell is to go directly to www.news.cornell.edu. Sources there include the Cornell Chronicle. Under "Cornell Links" are the Cornell Daily Sun, Cornell Magazine, Sports news and Medical School news releases.

Ithaca News
The best source of Ithaca news is from IthacaNet. IthacaNet is a great source of local information in general, as well. The Ithaca Times, the best on-line source of local news, is linked below along with news listings posted by various municipalities and organizations. The Ithaca Journal, the local paper of record, is not indexed reliably on the web as of August, 2002. The Ithaca Community News has been published online since October 2000 by a long-time community activist.
